iHow does coaching work?
- You develop a partnership with the coach. Wouldn't it be great to speak to someone who is completely interested in you and listens to what you have to say - no matter what it is? Free from judgement, and free from criticism? The coach assists you in sorting everything out to get what you want.
- Coaching focus on your strengths, goals, and aspirations - what do you want in your life? How can we build on what's already working for you?
- Coaching focus on the positive and what you can do tomorrow. Not the past. Not that your history isn't important-it is. But we want to focus on positive thinking.
- Accountable actions are planned to move you towards where you want to accomplish. What steps can you take to get to desired x? And when will you do x by?
- Because you know Rome wasn't built in a day, you realize that acheving your dreams is a PROCESS. This means you are willing to commit to your own process to experience and live those dreams/goals. This may take some time and the time it takes is directly related to effort..
- All communication is by phone and email.
- Your coach is with you every step of the way, short term or long term. You will be amazed.
