ARE THESE CLASSES FOR YOU? I don't know. It depends what kind of learner you are, and what you need. If you like to learn through reading, visit my "text" online class - lots of info there. If you like to talk to a real person, ask questions, watch videos, get straight forward information, practice what you learn while in class, then this class may be for you. Sb4 online childbirth class series (4 classes) focus on specific areas:
1. Birth "Mechanics" Labor process
2. Comfort Strategies (breathing, relaxation, pain management, positions)
3. Developing a "Birth Mindset" for labor or C Section

Partner Support Class - This class is for those who plan to be with mom-to-be during labor. You'll learn breathing, relaxation skills, how to support and help her through labor. It will give you the confidence you need to feel you know how to help.
Classes are ALL online! Through webinars you'll see videos, receive supplement emails, and power points while talking to me live - personal interaction. You'll learn a lot and have lots of support. BUT, you'll learn the most when you practice what you learn. All you need is a computer and a microphone.
